WHY YOGA? Prenatal yoga prepares you for birth both emotionally and physically. As a yoga teacher, I strive to bring a sense of play and humor to my classes. The power that pregnancy radiates is a source of joy and gratefulness that should be honored with strength and courage. I try to instill the importance of thanking the body daily for the exceptional work that it does. Prenatal yoga provides a safe space to enhance the relationship with your own body and that of your growing baby. Yoga is a comprehensive approach to discovering the connection between mother and child, body and breath, and the connection between the self and the earth.
