I am well versed in strategies to achieve optimal health in addition to understanding the specific needs you require now that you're pregnant. Prenatal health counseling focuses helping you and your baby grow with the highest quality nutrition. I aim to provide you with the knowledge you will need to make healthy and smart choices for the development of your baby´s brain, body and soul. In addition to prenatal and nursing nutrition support, I provide health counseling for women looking to conceive, cooking classes for children and nutrition support for the whole family. I aim to help parents teach children how to eat healthy and maintain a good relationship with food. I work with especially picky eaters and provide strategies for raising children with dietary restrictions (kosher, vegan, vegetarian, and/or food allergies). Are you a yogini? I have training in Ayurveda (yogic nutrition) in addition to my certification as a holistic health counselor.
